SOMETIME FOOD
What you should eat and what you shouldn't.
There are some foods that you sometime can eat like fat because its to chewy and it strengthen your mussels,sugar makes your teeth unhealthy,salt is bad for you because it thick and disgusting.
Sometimes you could have lollies sometimes you shouldn't because it effects your learning and you haft to be ready
SHOULD EAT
Some food groups should give us food that we really need they are, fruit & vegetables,milk, yogurt,cheese, muesli and water.
